    **Enterprise Services Procurement and Program Services (ES P&PS)** is a centralized supply chain service organization that provides end-to-end supply chain and program services focused to meet the material and services procurement and customs needs of our consumers; ensures 100% compliant execution of stakeholder requirements, procurement transactions, and global imports and exports.

    ES P&PS is seeking a strong candidate to join our energetic and fast-paced Cadence Team as a **Sr Analyst, Supply Chain Management** . The Cadence Team is responsible for a core set of suppliers and performs follow up actions on open purchase orders. These actions will require a strong work ethic, advanced interpersonal skills, critical thought on problem solving, and the ability to effectively work in a hybrid environment to achieve goal metrics. This position requires the ability to lead without authority and knowledge of the procurement cycle that includes tangible deliverables and intangible services.

    **What You Will Do**

    Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to managing the following:

    + Identify, prioritize, and implement process automation and process improvement activities across the overall order fulfillment process.

    + Validate internal customer demands for material, software, and services for completeness and accuracy. Through independent analysis, determine the compliant and optimal approach to requisition setup to enable seamless downstream execution of contractual orders.

    + Prioritize the creation and release of compliant procurement requisitions in the appropriate procurement system (APEX, PRISM, ARIBA, or SRM).

    + Provide requisition issuance oversight and communication of status throughout the procurement cycle from requisition to purchase order to material receipt and through to invoice posting and payment.
